Studio Policies for Violin Lessons in Raleigh NC From Bryan Rawls

Welcome to violin lessons in Raleigh NC from Bryan Rawls! Lessons will take place at 2801 Oshanter Pl Raleigh, NC 27604 for Raleigh Lessons. Lessons will take place at 423 Lone Pine Loop Fuquay Varina NC 27526 for Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs Lessons.

4 Lessons will be scheduled at a time and the schedule will be sent out approximately a week prior to each 4-lesson block.

Violin Lessons are billed at $75 per hour. Lesson fees are due by the start of the First Lesson in each 4-lesson block. The fee is $150.00 for 4- 30 minute lessons, $225.00 for 4- 45 minute lessons, and $300.00 for 4- hour lessons. Lesson fees may be paid by cash, check or online through Zelle. Checks should be made payable to Bryan Rawls. There will be a $50.00 charge for returned checks.

When performing in  a senior recital, the student is also responsible for paying for their own accompanist as well as the location fee, if applicable.

The student may cancel lessons at any time, but under no circumstances will refunds be provided. If you need to reschedule, try to switch with another student. Makeups as a result of the student missing their lesson are solely at the discretion of the teacher. If Bryan Rawls needs to reschedule, he will provide a makeup lesson that works with the student’s schedule.

All students under the age of 18 are to be accompanied to lessons by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 who will remain with them throughout the entirety of the lesson.

Students are expected to practice at home. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the studio. Students are expected to practice a minimum of 2.5 hours for 30 minute lessons per week, 4 hours for 45 minute lessons per week, and 5 hours for hour lessons per week.

Students who are under 18 and have been taking lessons for 6 months or longer are expected to perform in the Studio Recitals as scheduled.
